What are the shipping options + how long will my parcel take to get to me?

Please see below our shipping methods for your country. 

US: USPS (2-5 business days)

UK/EU: Chronopost

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched. 

Where will my order ship from?

We are currently shipping within each of our regions: UK, US, Canada and Europe.


For all US orders, we will be shipping from the US.
For all UK/EU orders, we will be shipping from Paris.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your confirmation email to follow the progress of your order and track your delivery. For further assistance please contact hello@selflessby-hyram.com stating your order number and the email you used to make your purchase and the team will assist!

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

I have changed my mind, can I return a product and receive a refund?

Currently we are unable to accept returns, however please contact hello@selflessby-hyram.com and the team will advise you on next steps.

There is an issue with my product or I have had the incorrect products arrive, what do I do?

What is Checkout+ (REDO)?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
